Thank you for choosing Occult Gurukul. We strive to provide quality courses and services to our
customers. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully to understand your rights and
responsibilities as a customer regarding our refund conditions.
Refund Policy
live Courses
In the live courses, in case you have to cancel the course after making a successful payment for
the same then you shall request for refund within 1 hour from the time of successful payment,
You shall not be eligible for a refund of payment if the request for the same is made after expiry
of that one hour time, under any circumstances. Live courses require a lot of organization and
listing. We strive to provide our customers and students with the best services thus we require a
lot of preparation and planning. Occult Gurukul will not allow for any last-minute refund
requests. Additionally, no refund request will be entertained after you have attended the class.
Digital Products (Recorded)
Since our courses are primarily digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once the
course has been purchased and access has been granted. Occult Gurukul is not under any
mandate to refund the amount of the customers once the payment has been done and the user
has been provided with access to the courses. Occult Gurukul holds complete discretion in
providing refunds to our customers. It will done only under exceptional circumstances and only
after a thorough internal investigation of our.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests for recorded digital products may be considered on a case-by-case basis in
exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues preventing access to the course material and
any other matter that is completely based on Occultgurukul’s discretion. Please contact our
customer support team at support@occultgurukul.com within 7 days of purchase to discuss
your situation.
Eligibility for Refunds for recorded and live courses -
You are eligible for a refund if you meet the following criteria –
1. The name that you have provided to us and the one on your government-approved ID card match.
2. The account with which the transaction has been done and the one in which the refund will be processed should be the same and under the same name.
3. You have to be a user of our services and should be enrolled in our data.
4. You will not be eligible for a refund if you are found in breach of any policy violation of our IPR rights. In case you are found recording and selling our courses, it will lead to the direct elimination of your eligibility to ask for a refund.
You will be eligible to receive your refund in digital products only in the circumstance that your refund request is submitted within 7 days of your initial payment for your own selected course. And, within 1 hour of the payment for the live courses. The refund request should be done by mail and it should be accompanied with all the details of the user. The user also has to provide us with the transaction details like date, transaction number, URN no. or anything applicable. We will be completely within our rights to review the details, and then crosscheck with our transaction history. If no transaction is found in our records and not reflected in our accounts then will be completely within our rights to reject the refund request. Occultgurukul will not be under any mandate to entertain any refund request. It is completely at our discretion to entertain any request. The GST, VAT or any other duty that has been paid with the transaction will not be refunded under any circumstances

Course Access
Duration of Access for recorded courses
Upon purchase, you will receive access to the course materials for a specified duration, as
outlined in the course description. Please refer to the course details for information on access
duration.
Timeline of Access
Occult Gurukul provides access to the course for a lifetime of the user. However, Occult Gurukul
reserves all the rights to remove access to any user in case they are found in breach of any of
the company’s policies.
In case your access has been taken away and if you require an initiation of your access then
please contact us at support@occultgurukul.com to discuss possible options. Occult Gurukul
reserves all the rights to reject your request for access in this situation.
Cancellation and Withdrawal
Cancellation of Enrollment
You can cancel your enrollment within 7 days after the payment. However, you will not reserve
the right to receive a refund in case you cancel your enrollment after payment. Every refund
request will be thoroughly considered by our staff. Refunds will be handled in compliance with
the guidelines specified in this policy. Occult Gurukul will reserve all the rights to reject your
cancellation request in case no exceptional circumstances and criteria as described above are
not identified.
Withdrawal During Course
If you choose to withdraw from a course after accessing the materials, a refund will not be
provided. However, you may still retain access to the course for the duration specified at the
time of purchase.

We strive to respond to customer inquiries within 48 hours during regular business days. We
hold no liability for the number of days for refunds that have been initiated using third-party
softwares, payment mechanisms, or methods. We are only liable for the initiation of a refund
from our side. We have no liability regarding the number of days that it takes for you to receive
the payment.
