We reserve the right to update, delete, change or replace any part of these refund policy by posting updates and/or changes to our website without any prior intimation to the existing customers/users. The said changes will be effective on the date of posting them on the website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for any such changes whatsoever. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Refund Policy

Live Courses

• Full Payment and Refund Requests:
  • Students who have made the full payment for a live course may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Refunds will be granted only if the refund request is made before the commencement of the live course.
• Once the course has commenced, no refunds will be processed under any circumstances, regardless of the participant’s attendance or participation in the course, or lack thereof. The Customer acknowledges that the Company is under no obligation to issue refunds for any reason once the course has started.
• Course Cancellation by the Company:
  • In the event the company cancels or reschedules a live course, students are entitled to a full refund or may opt to transfer their enrolment to another course or date. Please note to reach out to our team for your confirmation/denial in such scenario. 
• No-Show or Partial Attendance:

1. • Students who fail to attend the live course, or who attend only a portion of the course, shall not be eligible for any refund, credit, or compensation of any kind. This policy applies regardless of the reason for non-attendance or partial attendance, including but not limited to personal, technical, or scheduling conflicts.
   • By enrolling in the course, the student acknowledges and agrees that they are responsible for attending the live sessions in full. No exceptions will be made, and the Company is under no obligation to provide refunds, course credits, or any other form of compensation for missed or partially attended sessions.

Refund Policy for Recorded Courses

• Part Payment Option (Rs. 3000 Advance):
  • Students can choose to make an optional Rs. 3000 advance payment to book their seat for any recorded course.
  • This advance payment, after period of 72 hours, gives the student immediate access to bonus content, which includes:

    • Ultimate Astrology Course
    • Personalised Kundli / Fortune report (Anyone)
• Cooling-Off Period:
  • After making the payment of a token amount of Rs. 3000, students have a 72-hour cooling-off period to request a refund for this amount.
  • If no refund request is raised within the 72 hours, the token amount becomes non-refundable, and the student will retain access to the bonus content provided. 
• Completion of Payment:
  • After paying the Rs. 3000 token amount, students have Thirty (30) days to complete the remaining payment for access to the full recorded course materials.
  • If the student does not complete the full payment within the 30-day period, they will maintain lifetime access only to the bonus content. Please note that we cannot offer any refund of the advance payment made in lieu of the bonus content for any reason whatsoever. 
• Refunds on Full Payment:
  • If a student completes the full payment for a recorded course, they may request a refund within 7 days of the full payment, provided they have not accessed or downloaded the course materials.
  • Once the course materials have been accessed or downloaded by the student, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. The student acknowledges that access to or download of course materials constitutes acceptance of this policy, and no requests for refunds will be processed once this action has been completed.
• Non-Completion of Payment:
  • If a student decides not to proceed with the remaining payment after making the Rs. 3000 advance payment, they will retain access to the bonus content and will not be eligible for a refund of the Rs. 3000. . Please note that we cannot offer any refund of the advance payment made in lieu of the bonus content for any reason whatsoever. 

Eligibility for Refunds for Recorded and Live Courses –

You are eligible for a refund if you meet the following criteria –

• The name that you have provided to us and the one on your government-approved ID card matches.The account with which the transaction has been done and the one in which the refund will be processed should be the same and under the same name. We kindly request that you acknowledge our inability to process refunds to any account other than the original source of payment. This policy is in place to comply with applicable legal requirements and to avoid any potential legal or penal consequences. Refunds will only be issued to the payment method and/or original account initially used for the transaction.
• You must be a user of our services and should be enrolled in our data.
• In case you are found recording, distributing, or selling our courses, your access to all course materials will be terminated immediately, and your eligibility for a refund will be revoked.
• The user must provide us with the necessary transaction details, such as the date of the transaction, transaction number, URN, or any other relevant information. We reserve the right to review and verify the transaction details provided by the user, cross-checking them with our internal records. If the transaction is not found in our records or does not reflect in our accounts, we reserve the right to reject the refund request. While Occult Gurukul is not obligated to process refund requests without verifiable transaction details, we will review all refund claims fairly and reasonably. 

Note – In the event that a transaction is not reflected in our records due to a system error or payment processor delay, we will work with you to investigate and resolve the issue. We might request additional information in such scenarios to better facilitate your refund request. Please note that we will never request any personal and/or additional information through any informal channels of communication. 

• GST, VAT, or any other applicable taxes or duties paid with the transaction will not be refunded, except where required by applicable law.

Note: If your refund is approved, we will process the refund within 12-14 working days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and bank processing times. Please note that the above estimate of refund may vary depending on reason beyond our control, we cannot be held liable for any such delays caused due to such unforeseeable circumstances.

Course Access

Duration of Access for recorded courses

• Recorded Courses: Upon purchase, you will receive access to the course materials for one (01) year. Please refer to the course details for specific information about the content.
• Live Courses: After attending a live course, you will receive access to the course recordings for six (06) months. Please refer to the course details for further information.
• General Terms: Occult Gurukul provides access to the course for the specified duration as outlined above. However, Occult Gurukul reserves the right to remove access for any user found in breach of the company’s policies. Please note we will not intimate you prior to removal of such access. However, you contact our support team at support@occultgurukul.com for further clarifications and/or an initiation of your access to discuss possible options. Occult Gurukul reserves all the rights to reject your request for access in this situation.

Withdrawal During Course

If you choose to withdraw from a course after accessing the materials, a refund will not be provided. However, you may still retain access to the course for the duration specified at the time of purchase.

Response Time

We understand how important timely refunds are to our customers, and we strive to make the process as smooth as possible. Our team aims to respond to all customer inquiries within 48 hours during regular business days. 

Once your refund is processed on our end, we will submit the request to the payment gateway. Please be aware that it may take an additional 24 to 96 hours for the payment gateway to complete the transaction, depending on their processing times. 

While we do our best to ensure refunds are completed within 14 working days, the actual timeline may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as the time taken by third-party payment processors (e.g., Razorpay, PayPal).
